Cómo crear un perfil de eliminación de ruido para darktable

Traté de crear un perfil de eliminación de ruido para mi teléfono inteligente Google Nexus-5 como se describe en una publicación de blog . Tomé algunas fotos, una por configuración ISO (100,200,400,800,1600,3200) con OpenCamera que están subexpuestas y sobreexpuestas. Luego traté de crear el perfil, pero el script no reconoce el directorio ni los archivos que contiene.

Noise profiling requires at least a RAW image per required or supported
ISO setting.

Either:

    o  Plug your camera to this computer and, when detected, hit Return.
       This script will query the camera for supported ISO settings and
       take the appropriate images.

    o  Type Ctrl+C, take at least one image per supported ISO setting and
       put them in a dedicated directory. Then, re-run this script and be
       sure to indicate this directory by using the "-d" flag.

Important note about the required images:

    o  The subject must contain both under-exposed AND over-exposed
       areas. A possible subject could be a sunny window (or an in-door
       light) on half of the picture and a dark/shadowed in-door object on
       the other half.

    o  Disable auto-focus and put everything out of focus.

¿Necesito un determinado formato de archivo para las imágenes sin procesar o debo nombrar los archivos de cierta manera?

Si es útil: importé los archivos sin procesar * .dng en darktable, apliqué el raw linearestilo y exporté las imágenes como jpeg, ppm, pfm:

Tenga en cuenta que, en este momento, Darktable ya viene con algún perfil de ruido de Nexus 5. ¿Lo probaste?

Desde aquí http://www.darktable.org/resources/camera-support/ parece que DNG es compatible.

¿Tienen sus archivos los derechos correctos (puede gen-profile leerlos)? Comprueba eso con ls -al. Si no lo hacen, haz una chmod 644o cambia de propietario.
