¿Qué tiene de malo este código, implementado pero que muestra un error al enviar ether?

Intenté compilar este código para crowdsale y también implementé el contrato en Rinkeby Network. Pero cada vez que envío una transacción, dice Warning! Error Encounter during Contract Execution [execution reverted]. aquí está el código
