Desactivé tanto el firewall en mi Mac como en el enrutador inalámbrico que me da la IP dinámica en en0.
Su tarjeta inalámbrica no debe configurarse para responder a las solicitudes ICMP. Nunca he tenido este problema con las tarjetas Ethernet reales, sino con los enrutadores cuyos adaptadores externos no respondían a los pings en aras de la seguridad.
¿Puedes hacer ping a tu loopback (127.0.0.1)? Mi segunda pregunta sería, ¿está ejecutando algún software que pueda interferir con esto (un pequeño soplón sería mi primera suposición)?
Editar: ¿Ha comprobado si el "Modo sigiloso" está habilitado? Sé que ha desactivado su firewall, pero esta configuración, sin embargo, tiene exactamente ese efecto.
Parece que mi empresa ha configurado algunas configuraciones de cortafuegos. Entonces, básicamente, los botones del firewall en la interfaz GUI no tuvieron efecto. Esto reveló el problema:
sudo pfctl -s all
Reinstalé el sistema operativo, anulando los ajustes preestablecidos y el problema se resolvió. Gracias a todos.
