No puedo acceder a usar bitcoin rpc a través de php: easybitcoin.php

Bitcoin RPC funciona en UBUNTU pero no en Windows.

Estoy usando exactamente la misma biblioteca.

¿Se está ejecutando Bitcoin en modo RPC en ambas computadoras? ¿Qué puerto tiene Bitcoin configurado para usar para RPC?
Lo resolví usando los comandos bitcoind -server -rpcuser -rpcpassword
No sé por qué en Windows, ya sea con bitcoin-core o bitoind, no puedo actualizar y configurar el archivo bitcoin.conf. siempre se ignora
¿Está colocando el archivo bitcoin.conf en el lugar correcto? ¿Estás reiniciando Bitcoin entre intentos de configurarlo? ¿Puede usar -conf en la línea de comando para establecer manualmente la ruta al archivo de configuración?
Ya hice todo eso cientos de veces...
@smoumou ¿Quiere decir literalmente que agregó "-rpcuser" y "-rpcpassword" por sí mismos como opciones de línea de comando? ¿O quiere decir que puso el nombre de usuario y la contraseña reales? ¿O las opciones seguidas del nombre de usuario y la contraseña? Busqué y no veo ninguna documentación sobre esas opciones de línea de comando, así que no estoy seguro de cómo debería implementarlas para solucionar el mismo problema 401.

El puerto 80 es HTTP: debe ser 8332 (o 18332 para testnet) a menos que haya configurado otro puerto RPC en el archivo de configuración

Probé varios puertos: 8332 8333 80
